By commissioning me you are automatically confirming you have read and understand my terms and conditions.I reserve the right to decline any commission for whatever reason.My work is not to be used to train or fed into any AI algorithms, nor do I consent in it being used for anything else AI relatedAll payments to be made through PayPal invoices.Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the piece you are requesting, how many characters are featured, extra iterations, etc.If I have not already started the commissioned piece, I can offer a full refund. I will not offer refunds after the work has been approved and started if the client changes their mind partway through the process. This includes after the commission has been completed no matter the reasoning.Additionally if for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will give you a full refund.Deadlines can be discussed as long as I am aware of them before payment. If you tell me about a deadline only after payment, there is no guarantee that I will be able to complete your commission before then.You may post the art you have received from me on social media, however my work is not for commercial use. You must discuss with me beforehand if you wish to use a piece commercially so to discuss rights to the piece. Commercial use will cost an additional fee.Depending on the type and complexity of the commission, the time of completion is subject to change depending on how busy I am with other responsibilities and my current workload. I will let you know when I have started and will keep you updated throughout the art process. Additionally, you can check my Trello for updates and progress.No major changes or revisions can be made after I have moved from one stage to another - things like colour corrections are fine as long as they are in the flat colour stage, and if you have any tweaks or missed details you want me to add please tell me in the appropriate stages.
