VanillaaColaa's Terms of ServiceThank you for considering me for your commission! Please read through my Terms of Service fully and carefully before commissioning me.GENERAL
_{By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of Service.}I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.My Terms of Service are subject to change at any point.I WILL DRAW:

- Furry and Anthro characters
- Minor Injuries (Blood, Bruising, etc.)
- Commercial Artworks (Streaming/Vtubing Assets)</sub>I WILL NOT DRAW:

- Intense Gore
- Artworks Intended for use as hate speech/discrimination of any kind
- Artworks intended for or relating to NFTs and Generative AI trainingIf at any point you are unsure about whether your request aligns with my Terms of Service feel free to ask for clarification in your request form.</sub>PAYMENTS
_{The client is expected to pay the full amount upfront.}Payments to be taken via VGen.Prices listed are the base, and may be subject to change depending on the complexity of your request/designs or any add-ons (including but not limited to commercial usage, additional props/characters, revision fees etc.)REFUNDS
_{If for whatever reason I cannot complete your commission, I will offer a full refund.}No refunds accepted once work has been approved by the client at any point. This includes after the piece has been completed and delivered.REVISIONS
_{Up to 2x revisions on the artwork can be requested throughout each stage. Further revisions may incur additional fees.}Revisions cannot be made on previous phases once I have moved on (Changes to colours once shading has started, changes to lines after colouring has started, etc.)Services labelled as ‘surprise me’ will not come with revisions or updates during any stage of the piece.Services not specified as ‘surprise me’ will come with revisions and updates on the piece periodically unless requested otherwise in the request form.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
_{Client will receive PNG files including transparent versions of the work where applicable.}All files to be delivered via VGen - copies of the clients piece are also available via email on request. If the files exceed VGen's size limit, then the work will be emailed to you.Deadlines must be discussed in advance and may include rush fees.If a deadline has not been disclosed to me before approval of the work, I cannot guarantee the piece will be completed by the requested delivery date.USE
_{You may post the finished commissioned piece to social media with credit to me as the artist.}I may use the piece for marketing or self-promotion, and the client must communicate if they do not want their piece to be posted online.Commercial use is not automatically granted and comes at an additional fee. Feel free to ask for further clarification on what warrants commercial licensing.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
_{I reserve all rights to the piece including, but not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the images as samples for self-promotion.}Neither party may resell the commission, or use any samples, updates or final products for projects related to AI, NFTs or cryptocurrency.You may not edit or alter the piece with the exception of cropping for personal use.Clients can feel free to ask for files again after the piece is commissioned in cases where they are lost by the client, but must keep in mind I am not responsible for storing the piece after its completion.COMMUNICATION
_{Communication will be done via VGen and the client will receive periodic updates in line with the deadline delivery date. This is not applicable to ‘surprise me’ commissions, in which the client will not receive updates or revisions.}Clients may contact me for updates if over 2 weeks has passed without an update regarding their piece, and will be notified if for whatever reason work has to be paused.Clients may not contact me for personal reasons, and all communications must be regarding business or your commissioned pieces.
